Annual Fund Gifts

Gifts to the Christ the King Prep Annual Fund support our operating budget and enable us to provide first-rate

educational and curricular programs for our students.

Designated Gifts

Gifts may be designated for the Cristo Rey Scholarship Fund, our annual scholarship fund, or our

Building Renovation Program. We value the chance to show you the variety of opportunities

where your support can make a big difference.

The Rey of Hope Scholarship Fund

The Knights Scholarship Fund gives YOU the opportunity to directly touch the life of a

Christ the King Prep student.

Each Cristo Rey student earns the majority of the cost of his/her education by working at an entry-level

clerical job five days per month. According to their means, parents contribute to the $2,500 tuition.

However, the average income of a Christ the King Prep family is less than $30,000, so the majority of

families receive aid that makes it possible for their child to attend Cristo Rey.

As a member of the Rey of Hope Scholarship Fund, you will:

• Provide an opportunity to a low-income young person to attend a Catholic, college-preparatory school
• Bridge the gap between what families pay and the cost of tuition

Join the Rey of Hope Fund by giving a gift of:

• $2,500 (100 percent of tuition)

• $1,250 (50 percent of tuition)

• $625 (25 percent of tuition)

• $250 (10 percent of tuition)

Gift of Time - Volunteer

Volunteers and guest speakers offer our students to new perspectives and opportunities.

As a Christ the King Prep Volunteer, YOU CAN:

• Serve as a tutor in reading, writing, math tutors, typically between 3:30 PM and 5:00PM.
• Share your story with our students
• Participate in fundraising events
